Fast service, flowers were as pictured, on time. Only flaw was the flowers were dropped at the front door without ringing the door bell or calling the number I left in the order. I understand it could be because of covid but with in the summer leaving flowers outside under the sun for a few hours could potentially ruin them. Same thing happened with my previous order so I wrote instructions in the notes to ring the door bell. Otherwise satisfied with everything.
